Preparation
- In a large bowl, gently combine all ingredients. Don’t overmix.
- If the mixture feels wet, refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Roll the mixture into balls about 1 1/4 inches in diameter.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and preheat to 400°F.
- Place meatballs in a single layer in the basket and air fry for about 10 minutes, turning halfway through.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the center reaches 165°F.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
These meatballs freeze well both raw and cooked. They can be reheated in the microwave or air fryer for a crispy texture.
