Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook your protein (chicken, beef, or tofu) according to specific recipe directions.
- Sauté the veggies in a pan with olive oil until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked protein, sautéed veggies, starch, cheese, and creamy base.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle any crunchy topping on top.

Notes
