Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly coat a 9-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mustard, and brown sugar for the glaze.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked cauliflower, diced onion, mushrooms, beaten eggs, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, dried basil, salt, pepper, and ground turkey. Mix until well combined but do not overmix.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly in the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake in the center of the oven for 45 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the oven, drain any liquid, and coat the top of the loaf with the glaze.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Ensure cauliflower is well-drained to avoid a watery loaf. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
